A massive thank you to the whole team. Everyone we have dealt with has been really great and helpful. From the team in the showroom, to the delivery guys and the crane team that were recommended to us. Our hot tub was delivered this morning, and all those involved were just brilliant. They were all so friendly and answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. I am so glad that we chose to purchase our hot tub, from Hot Tub barn, because I honestly believe we would not have got the same excellent level of service from anywhere else. Thank you again.

Went to store today to get some help and advice but was disappointed with response lady gave, was completely disinterested when she asked if we bought from them, we didn't but wanted assistance in what chemicals to purchase to get the balance right in our new hot tub, everything we asked was met with response I don't know what you have so can't help you, I am sure that water is water and getting it working correctly is down to balance not what make of hot tub you have, went to Danbury spa supplies who were extremely helpful. Felt it was either the lady had little knowledge of how to assist or didn't want to help if not purchased from them, either way won't be buying next hot tub from them, one if the worst customer experiences ever had

I had been thinking of a hot tub for quite a while, and on the off chance I popped in to Hot Tub Barn. I met a lady called Ruth Quartermain who was an absolute fountain of knowledge. Fast forward a few months later and (quite a bit of Google'ing) and I decided to go with Hot Tub Barn. Service was absolutely first class, the product I chose is excellent (I went for the Heritage Stratum as I'm quite tall and it's a deep hot tub), the installation was a breeze, and Ruth has been very accommodating of me ringing and asking advice when getting the water balance just right. If anyone asks me where should they buy their hot tub from - there is only one place in my eyes, and that is Hot Tub Barn in Chelmsford.
