We had a lovely customer from Vancouver Canada who wanted to order a set of the mah jong sofas. The challenges were that she had limited space and she had a very particular taste in fabric and color choices. She sent us an inquiry via our site. Our design team arranged several phone conversations with her to learn about her taste, and analyze the materials she wanted for her functional sofa. We worked around her budget issues to find fabrics suitable to her budget. Our consultations are completely individually based, giving an intimate, fun, and worry-free experience. We have received rave reviews from our clients for the quality of our products and customer services. We understand how overwhelming it is to navigate through 70,000 fabric selections.

 

Eventually, when the project was finished, we managed to save her enough money that she managed to use the money she saved to order one extra carpet and two hand painted ceramic trays from us. We went into production as soon as the 50% deposit was paid. Our lead time is usually between 2-6 weeks. Upon production, we take photos of the actual products for her review. All photos of our products are not edited or photoshopped. The products in the photos are what the actual products look like. Once the client confirms, we send an invoice for the final payment. We take great care with packaging. All of our pieces are packed like porcelain for lengthy international travel. We usually ship heavy and big items with logistics companies (8-10 weeks depending on your location), and small items with couriers (2 weeks delivery). We do not use crates as the wooden pieces can harm the furniture and cause injury. We pack with bubble wrap and at least four layers of ABE flute triple wall cardboard. The packages are then shipped from our studio via trucks to the logistics company. From there they will transport to the ship to transport to the trucking company on land where your country is located. Once the package finishes the customs clearance, the team will contact our clients to schedule a mutually agreed upon delivery time. At the same time, our shipping team will keep our clients informed of shipping status via email.
