What a stellar service! Bought a beautiful washed linen fitted sheet from SLS in 2018. Incredibly soft and luxurious. Loved it, looked after it and didn’t use or wash excessively. A few weeks ago it started wearing a little thin in the centre, as though stretched or rubbed a great deal. Very quickly this had massively expanded to form a huge series of rips across the sheet. Obviously I was quite surprised and unimpressed that this would happen with a costly sheet only 3yrs old, so I got in touch with a photo to share my surprise, not expecting a great deal. I was absolutely stunned to receive a very prompt, courteous and genuinely apologetic email back, swiftly offering a replacement sheet and next day delivery. The replacement arrived next morning by DPD in satisfyingly eco packaging of brown paper and a linen ribbon; the faulty item was collected, and all an no extra effort or cost to me. Top marks Secret Linen Store. Never, in all my years of online shopping, have I received such exquisite customer service.
