Ginger and her team do not disappoint. It's amazing how they can manage projects of variable budgets from the smallest up the boat lavish, but they can transform the humblest room into the most beautiful space. Ginger and her team have turned our whole house around by just working on our dining address, and I can't wait to do the rest of the house with her!

I used the Full-Home Architectural Review Service offered by Urbanology. I love that this is an a-la-carte service that provides me total peace of mind for making the final approval to our Architectural plans. I was asked to send over a list of any concerns I had with the home, any design boards and videos of the home, along with a file of the renovation plans for our 1927 Tudor Revival home. The Urbanology team reviewed my plans and a few days later, we scheduled a 1.5 hour call. Liz ran the Zoom call and she covered every single concern I had for the home, including the flow of the kitchen, should I vault the ceiling, add beams or not, squeeze in a shower in the powder room, best place for the TV in the Family room, where to add more windows, location of bathroom and closet doors, shape of doorway arches, etc. She also sketched in suggested placement of appliances and lighting and found creative ways to relocate and repurpose some of the original windows and doors in the home to work with the new floor plan. Liz took great care to consider the historic style of the home with all of her suggestions. Liz sent me design sketches overlaid onto the architectural plans for every room of the home, as well as inspiration photos that best highlighted her design concept, and they arrived via email within 10 minutes after the call. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the level of detail and expertise shared during the Architectural Review. We now have peace of mind to move forward with the plans!

Ginger helped us transform our starter home. She was patient, kind and had amazing recommendations. I can’t believe how much we got done in 2 hours!
