This wonderful house clearly shows the added value and excellence of one of the great architects we have in our country, contradicting the very Portuguese tendencies of looking abroad for the quality we have in our country or of valuing size to the detriment of proximity!
The company Miguel Zarcos Palma was created in 2006 by the architect who gave it its name and his desire to reconcile his experience with the practice of architecture at a local level, serving the needs of private clients and companies
. It currently has a young team, recruited in the region where it operates, and therefore deeply knowledgeable about the local reality and its idiosyncrasies, highly dedicated to innovation and quality search. It's not a huge company in size, but it's immense in quality and dedication and that's worth a lot. What good is a big company if it is far from its customers and their reality?
Modern architecture with a tone of nature

The house has two main facets:—the public one, on the main facade, with the entrance and parking; and the private one, on the rear facade, completely open and with a magnificent outdoor leisure area.
The main facet
On the main facade, the image of the building is marked by the parking visor, whose dizzying angle stands out from the main structure and gives it greater dynamism. The colors are basic, and the contrasts between white and black are softened by the presence of wooden details.
The vertical wooden slat that camouflages the main entrance is discreet but makes the house more cohesive with the natural surroundings and makes it more contemporary, moving it away from the rigidity of the original modern concept.
The outdoor leisure space
Lux! This is the word that comes to mind when we look at this leisure space with a swimming pool that opens up a large part of the house's interior spaces.
The wooden slats once again give coherence to the style, embracing its welcoming tone and a magnificent barbecue area with an outdoor dining room that functions as an effective extension of the indoor living room. The wooden deck that surrounds the pool makes the entire space more comfortable and exclusive. It's easy to imagine a wonderful summer day spent in this space!

The living room and dining room appear in an open plan with the entrance. Since the style of the furniture is charmingly austere, given the voluptuousness of the structure of the house itself, it is on the black marble fireplace that we focus all our attention on. Also, notice how the stone is subtly repeated on the coffee table. Perfectly designed style details!

Like the exterior, the lighting project also assumes a discreet but essential presence inside to enhance the various facets of the spaces.
The kitchen
We say goodbye to this fabulous house for a space that is very dear to us:—the kitchen!
In this perfectly designed and custom-designed kitchen, the colors of the house itself are repeated, in shades of grey, white and wood, in a deliberate act of visual and aesthetic coherence with the outdoor area, with which it has a direct connection.
